Maintenance Contracts are required by law. TCEQ (the state regulation authority
over septic) mandates that every aerobic treatment unit must have an active maintenance contract with a licensed maintenance provider. There are 3 inspections, once every 4 months. These inspections will be completed within 14 days (before or after) the listed dates. The report that is rendered at inspection will be sent to the county to be filed with the address on file. Your newly installed system comes with an initial 2 year maintenance contract, however you'll need to renew this after the initial contract expires. We send out renewals every month, you can fill it out and mail it back with payment, so make sure to keep an eye out. You can also call/email the service department and we can fill it out for you and take a payment over the phone.
