MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

Why is a maintenance contract on your septic system important? Our maintenance contracts help homeowners have peace of mind knowing their systems are being maintained and cared for. Most of the time, these inspections catch easy fixes that if left unrepaired, can turn into costly repairs.
Maintenance contracts are required by TCEQ (the state regulation authority over septic) mandates that every aerobic treatment unit must have an active maintenance contract with a licensed maintenance provider. There are 3 inspections, once every 4 months. The inspections will be completed within 14 days (before or after) the listed dates. The report that is rendered at inspection will be sent to the county to be filed with the address on file.
Your newly installed system comes with an initial 2-year maintenance contract however, you’ll need to renew this after the initial contract expires. We send out renewals 90, 60, and 30 days before your contract expires. You can fill them out and mail it back with your payment, so make sure you keep an eye out.
