Send property information: we need Living Area sq ft, number of bedrooms, and a plot plan.
Other helpful information
- Is there a well or public water?
- Will there be a pool (now or future)
- Are there any outbuildings planned (shops, guest houses, etc)
- Our in house RS will perform a Soil Evaluation and Design. These two documents are required for permit approval.
- We will fill out all necessary permitting paperwork and file it for you.
- Once the permit is approved we will schedule your installation.
- An inspection is performed, the system is backfilled
Please notify us when you are ready to start utilizing the system and Element will send a technician to perform a "Start-up" and make sure everything is functioning properly.
Once homeowner has moved in and settled and their contact info has been shared with Element, we will call and set up a walk thru with their new system.
