Our service fee is $95 for customers with a maintenance contract and $175 with no contract.

What not to use





  • Strong disinfectants or bleaches, other than small amounts normally used in day-to-day cleaning and laundry
  • Antibacterial hand soap, body wash, dish soap or cleaning liquids
  • Very Limited amounts of vegetable peelings, eggshells, and disposal use (recommend almost zero use of disposal).
  • Disposable baby diapers and wipes Sanitary napkins, condoms or other similar items
  • Hair, bandages, rags or string (recommend drain screens in showers)
  • Latex, plastic or metallic objects
  • Coffee grounds or cigarette butts
  • Mud or sticks
  • Paper towels or napkins
  • Bleach toilet bowl drop-ins
  • Beer waste or any other rich liquids
  • Pet hair (recommend washing pets outdoors)
  • Be aware of using the system while taking certain medications, particularly chemotherapy.

​Your septic system is a live system. There are live good-bacteria that ‘eat’ the solid waste in your system there are certain items that should not be used in an aerobic septic system, these items may kill the bacteria and create costly damage to your system.



Helpful Hints




If the Alarm/Red Light goes off on your system:

  • Turn the switch (located on the side of the side of the control box) to mute.
  • Check to be sure the small clear airline is securely attached to the bottom of the control box and check breakers inside the control box and the house's main breaker box.
  • Often times the alarm is triggered due to a loss of power when a breaker flips. Call the office to report the alarm.
  • If you are having a 'back-up', where your toilets and drains are running slowly, make sure to unscrew your clean out lids (located next to the house underneath the control box, these are 4' white PVC pipes with removable lids) to ensure that the back up happens in your backyard and not your home. Call the office to report the problem.

Maintenance contracts





Maintenance Contracts are required by law. TCEQ (the state regulation authority over septic) mandates that every aerobic treatment unit must have an active maintenance contract with a licensed maintenance provider. Visit our Maintenance Contract page for more information!
