Maintenance Contracts
A maintenance contract is crucial for the ongoing care and efficiency of your septic system. These contracts not only provide peace of mind but also help to detect and address minor issues before they become major expenses.
State Requirements and Inspection Schedule
Maintenance contracts are mandated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), which requires that each aerobic treatment unit be maintained under a contract with a licensed provider. We conduct three inspections annually, scheduled every four months. Inspections are completed within a 14-day window surrounding the appointed dates, and reports are submitted to the county for official records.
Contract Details
- Initial Coverage: Every new system installation includes a complimentary 2-year maintenance contract.
- Renewal Notices: We send renewal notifications 90, 60, and 30 days before your contract expires. Renewals can be processed by mail or over the phone.
