Warranty Details

• 2-Year Full Warranty: All new installations include a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering the pump, compressor, control box mechanisms, and tanks. This warranty is active from the date of installation, which can be found on your final inspection report or invoice. • 1-Year Coverage: We also provide a 1-year warranty on emitters, spray heads, supply lines, floats, airlines, and wiring, ensuring comprehensive protection.

Limitations of Warranty

Our warranty does not cover damage due to hydraulic overload or misuse of the system. Some examples of misuse include failing to clean the filter, damage from vehicles running over spray-lines or spray-heads, and clogs or problems resulting from excessive solids or non-septic safe products. Service Charges & Discounts

While our warranty covers most component repairs, a discounted service fee applies for visits and labor.

• Standard Service Fee: Reduced from $175 to $95 with an active maintenance contract
• Invoice Details: Detailed explanations and discounts are provided on invoices sent via email or regular mail.
