Our Story

Founded in North Central Texas in 2018, Element Systems was created with a clear vision: to transform the traditional septic service industry with a pioneering spirit and a focus on sustainability and innovation. As one of the only women-led septic companies in the region, we bring decades of experience combined with a fresh perspective, pushing the boundaries of service, technology, and quality in septic system management.

Our journey began with Emily Kinsella, whose 17 years of septic-specific training and industry expertise inspired her to establish Element Systems. Emily’s goal was to create a company that not only provided exceptional installation and maintenance services but also fostered a supportive, respectful environment for both labor and contractors. At Element Systems, our approach goes beyond the basics of design and installation; we are dedicated to overcoming property challenges, tackling spatial obstacles, and delivering custom solutions tailored to each client.

Emily Kinsella | Owner

Before founding Element Systems, Emily was the backbone of ANS Wastewater, where she single-handedly managed all office operations for 17 years. This unique experience equipped her with an unparalleled understanding of the septic services landscape, making her a formidable leader in the field.

Dondi Baggett | Installation Director

Dondi has been at the helm of the Installation and Administration divisions of Element Systems for half a decade and brings a dedicated and personalized approach to each project. She approaches each project with a commitment to individualized service, believing that every new installation is as unique as its owner.

Sophia Baggett | Service Director

Sophia brings nearly five years of dedicated service to her role as the Service Director at Element Systems. With a background certified by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) as an On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) Installer I, Sophia is well-versed in the intricacies of aerobic septic systems.

DeeDee Murphy | Admin Support

Deidre, fondly known as DeeDee, has been a cornerstone of the administrative team at Element Systems for half a decade. Bringing a rich background in coordination and scheduling, DeeDee has honed her skills across various roles, making her an integral part of our team.
