Building Your Dream Home?

At Element Systems, we collaborate with builders, general contractors, and homeowners like you to ensure that your septic installation is as seamless and stress-free as possible. From initial planning to final installation, our experienced team provides clear communication, dependable timelines, and quality workmanship every step of the way.

  1. Initial Information: Send us your property details, such as living area square footage, the number of bedrooms, and a plot plan. Let us know about any existing or planned features such as wells, pools, or outbuildings.
  2. Design and Approval: Our in-house Registered Sanitarian will conduct a soil evaluation and create a design for your system. These documents are required for obtaining your permit, and can be purchased separately from your installation if desired.
  3. Permitting and Paperwork: All necessary permitting and associated paperwork, along with the thorough submission of said paperwork, is comprehensively handled by us to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  4. Scheduling and Installation: After we receive the necessary permit, we schedule and execute your installation to the highest standards, ensuring every detail is addressed for optimal performance and satisfaction.
  5. Final Steps: After installation, we conduct a thorough inspection and backfill the system. Whenever you are ready to start using the system, notify us, and we will send a technician out to perform a “Start-up” check to ensure everything functions perfectly.

Once you’re settled in, we’ll reach out to help you understand your new system, ensuring you are fully informed on how to maintain it.
